Having responsibilities is something you can’t escape. Whether you’re nine or thirty-nine and whatever role you have in the society – you already have it so there is no reason for you to fear them. So if you ask me, what’s the best thing to do with responsibilities, I’ll tell you:
Accept them. Take them as a challenge for you remembering that each challenge is an opportunity for you to grow, to mature. If you find it hard, don’t be discouraged, there are people around you who supports you and will help you – you are not on your own. In that process, you will step up above all those trials given to you and become successful in every endeavor you take. That makes you a leader. But it won’t start unless you accept the responsibilities you have – as a person, as part of a community, a family – and work hard to be the best you can be given those responsibilities.
“Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and never succeed” (Proverbs 12:24)
